饭店离虹桥高铁站很近，是花园式酒店，环境很好。附近有地铁站，但需要步行10分钟。此次有行李，想打出租车或约车，但赶上早高峰（也许是离高铁站太近，出租车不爱来），没有打到车，最终拉着行李坐地铁去的高铁站，有点狼狈。建议酒店今后能提供定点高铁站机场接送服务（适当收费也可）。既然搞酒店，就一定要为客户着想，客户远你这，图的就是近，但没有车接送很不方便，就没有意义了。
