酒店地理位置好，但设施陈旧，东西简陋，有些房间靠近高架，交通噪声有影响，靠近电梯运行时旁边房间也有影响。

店地理位置还行，离10号地铁不太远,酒店交通便利，对面是个五星级千禧海鸥酒店。周围有家乐福和商场，生活也便利。徒步去周边商业圈也不远。但是最近几年似乎都没有进行翻新装修，房间内设施已经很破旧了，墙壁都一块块的掉落了，和几年前比起来就显得逊色，房间里还有蚊子，被咬死了。
