不熟悉嘉定区，本来想着酒店餐饮相对质量有保障，但是这家酒店中餐厅简直了，点好菜等了45分钟才上了第一个菜！第一个菜毛血旺里面的血不新鲜，有异味，我们用餐的三个人都觉得有问题，叫来服务员说把这菜退了（我们基本没动过），服务员还不肯说菜品没问题。我说那你说没问题你把这盘吃了，我们不要退，服务员不肯吃，一块都不敢尝。第二个菜是老鹅顿豆腐，鹅也臭哄哄，我们已经不想和服务员交涉了，最后买单的时候提了一嘴，服务员居然说鉴定了，菜品没有任何问题，是我们口味不对！还说经常碰到此类问题，我们知道怎么处理，看来处理这种投诉经验丰富了！我们因为赶时间也不想和他们去争论什么了，总之这中餐厅是这辈子吃过的最差劲酒店餐厅！

房间比较大，酒店比较清净，第二次入住了，以前还可以游泳，现在整修游不了。早餐一般吧，但也还凑合，这个价位在上海可以了

我带着我爸和两娃入住酒店的，我爸腿脚也不方便，娃每天两场球。这时候酒店的服务好就完全体现啦。早上吃好营养早餐出门，带上酒店提供的矿泉水，下午回来，位我们多准备了拖鞋，牙刷真是贴心啊。中间娃还闹脾气，躲起来。酒店也帮忙一起找。大概只有我这个当妈的一点不着急。我们长年住市区，偶尔来住一下还真是不错。中青旅东方国际绝对是嘉定首选哦
