该酒店管理是有问题，员工年纪普遍偏大,做事慢不经心，只是靠地段和价格在经营。这种理念迟早被淘汰！

美林阁价格还是公道的但总台上有个有点年纪的服务生是个典型的上海小男人，我通过艺龙订的预付的大床房开始非说是双人房，艺龙说是赠送两份早餐，但他只给一份。该人已不适合在接待岗位工作，建议辞掉！

這酒店實在太可惜了,位置這麼好,佔地這麼廣,卻不會好好經營,一進門就是一股霉味,陳舊的裝修,昏暗的燈光,要遲暮的老人. 但房間裡面還是可以的, 空間大,光線足, 如果用心經營,美林閣可以恢復以前的輝煌時代.
