第三，没有看到网上预订时所说的每天新鲜果蓝，客房服务员是新来的，也没给我结果，房内放置的简介上提供的信息已经和现实不付，如不让用自来水，说赠送水是无限量的，说有健身俱乐部但询问时告知与酒店无关，不会安排等等。第四，一个五星的酒店居然大堂没有空调。最后想说，其实第一晚的服务员真的很不错，卫生也好，但是以后碰到的服务和入住的经历让我感到，你这家太有钱了，侍候的也要求是不一般的主，象我们这样的想花钱也不应该来你家住啊

其实深夜入住时对酒店的服务人士感觉很好，但二天住下来就再也不想住了。首先，电视没有调好频道，宽带每二分钟掉线一次，叫了工程部来看，电视说是因为接入有线的原因台改了他们也不知道那个是那个台，而宽带既然可上就不是工程部的事，专业人员周末不上班的。第二，可能酒店价高倾向外宾的原因还是世博带来的内宾疲劳症，楼层电梯门口有位管理员看到我们时很不客气的喝问，你们那里的，那个房，是因为我们用人民币你不满意吗？为什么我看到外宾来时你不如此呢？
