房间挺新的，设施还可以，位置是真好，逛街很方便，但是晚上前台小姑娘态度各种差！！房间设备坏了让她来看一下各种不情愿，口气巨差！早上换了个前台态度倒挺好的

这前台素质也是醉了，订了豪华标间，外国朋友先到办check in，木有人会讲英语一丢丢都不会爱理不理。。。给了间大床房，后来发现了去理论，呵呵一副冷漠脸，要投诉了才按照预定给换标间。酒店就在银发大厦22～24楼，进电梯不用刷卡，办入住不用身份证不用保证金。平心讲房间还是不错的，双床床很大很舒服，WiFi很快。地理位置也着实很好，临着北京西路，去往静安各大shoppingmall都方便的不要不要的，公交地铁也方便，周边又有许多老建筑，春天的上海真美
