浴室的水過小，常常淋浴水打不上，夜間的男櫃檯人員態度不好，打掃的阿姨不是忘記補毛巾浴巾，就是沒補沐浴液而給你洗髮精4瓶，要求補送還送錯房間，服務品質有待加強，酒店樓下是整排餐廳，禮拜六、日客人聊天非常大聲，我住最高樓層11樓，都聽的很清楚，酒店位置距離地鐵站要15分鐘路程。

订了两个晚上，其中一天没有入住，可是店家没有商量余地，直接收了这一晚上的费用，虽然是我们没及时取消的问题，不过还是觉得酒店方有些不近人情
