定了精品房，图片上看着温馨舒适。但实际上只能用脏乱差来形容。电视机坏的，灯坏的。楼层低压抑。房间的异味散了一下午也没用。天花板上还有蜘蛛网，床单也是湿的。中间要求换房，但其他房间也是这种状况，前台不断有人找维修。外面客服服务的对讲机里不断传出要换房的声音。估计所有房间状态都一样。还精品房，压根不沾边。下次还是老实的定连锁酒店。真是糟心不靠谱。
