给酒店服务一个＂赞＂字！女儿因那二天上火，住宿那晚出鼻血，滴到了白白的被套和床单上，结帐时，说明情况后，本以为会适当地扣除一些房费押金，没想到一声＂没关系＂，感觉到暖暖的，下次去上海一定还会住这家，因为除了服务好，交通也很便利哦！大赞！
