这是我有史以来住过最差的酒店，写着是4星，但根本达不到2星水准，服务兼职差到极点。之前网上预订的，下午过来拿到房卡入住后发现房间没有打扫。打后勤电话，结果对方态度极差，且未聊完就被挂断电话。去前台投诉，结果等了2个小时才入住。我情愿住招待所，也不愿意再住这个酒店。
