房间小，设施陈旧，房间空调不好，入住后好几个小时，房间里边依然27.7度，热成狗了，后来换了一间房，才好了，不过是个内井房，窗外除了墙就是墙，好在离地铁近，出行方便，因为定的早，价格相对便宜不少

挂牌四星的酒店，400多元的房间，却是同程以来最差体验。首先是在前台用手机预定并支付，酒店前台脸上一黑，说手机订没那么快在一边等半小时吧，现场定可以马上办入住（价格高几十元）。我们说，手机上已支付，就等吧。后来实在等不了，打电话给同程客服，才入住了。br估计前台接待员因此看我们不顺眼，故意给我们开了个有问题的房间。我们入住放下行李后，就出门了。到晚上九点多回酒店房间，因喝了点酒，倒头就睡了。结果24点，被热醒了，看空调31度多，无奈只有叫前台换房间。楼层服务员来查看，态度也是极不情愿（估计是睡一半起床的），总之，从硬件到服务，上海光大会展中心酒店，还不如汉庭之类的，最差体验，没有之一。真搞不懂，上海人的优越感哪里来的，现在谁过得比上海人差吗？上海什么服务啊！
