前台的工作水平很差，搞不清订单信息，酒店系统查询不知道怎么查，然后入住期间，由于前一天没做房间打扫，所以浴巾是用过的而且还是潮湿的，就请前台帮忙让服务员送一条新浴巾还有两个茶包时，被问了很多问题：比如：你房间有两条浴巾为什么还要？茶叶这么快就喝完了？我不知道万豪集团是怎么对新员工进行培训的，如果都是她这样，那么真的太糟糕了！
