如果我没记错的话，我预定的应该是大床房，但是酒店给我安排的是个标准间
地理位置确实不错，步行3分钟进入上海火车站
但是为毛我预定的7点半的叫醒服务失效了？
为毛我眼睛一睁已经8点半了而火车是9点的
差一点没赶上................
下次我不会再住了！

感觉很差，硬件上差了不说，诸如电梯开关门很响，房间狭小，卫生差，地毯上有污迹，卫生间的浴缸下水道堵塞，取暖只有一个小取暖器等等，更主要的是软件也不行，服务奇差，总台人员态度生硬，没有笑脸，要看他们的脸色行事，感觉上欠了他们很多钱没还，尤其是那个服务工号024的男性，居然对我提出无理要求，认为我的银行卡没签名有问题不能刷，后来我要求他们的主管来解决问题，好在主管比较明白核对了相关身份以后解决了此事，因此耽误了我很多时间，差点让我误了行程。餐饮服务也比较差，在早餐的黑米粥里吃出了二块小石子，差点蹦了我的牙，叫他们的餐厅主管来，看了下，没说什么话竟然走了，连一句道歉的话都没有，这样的三星服务，我算是领教了。总之，住了这样的酒店感觉很失望。

本次入住本酒店在23层，标间价268元，与上次入住相比，房间面积小了，床小了，咨询总台服务员说面积一样，但感觉房间小，以为是标间价200元的房间。但这次含早餐，早餐品种还可以。这次入住网免费了。提醒贵酒店管理人员，应将“客人须知”本中的宽带网使用内容及时更新，内容还是收费，容易让客人误解。对酒店的比较满意，主要是离上海站很近，卫生，服务好，出行方便，设施能满足需要。下次去上海还选该酒店。
