酒店坐落在泰晤士小镇内，并不难找。酒店的建筑风格是我们喜欢的，周围很多咖啡馆哦☕️酒店房间很不错，卫生工作做得非常好👍值得表扬！酒店洗澡的护肤用品都是欧舒丹的，很好用，床很软很舒服，还会送水果上来，这个价格还是比较值得的！酒店和一般的五星级酒店有所不同，给人一种温馨的感觉，早餐是套餐型的，不是自助的，会有饮料选择，面包不够可以添，份量还是很足的，个人很喜欢那里的色拉，好吃～说说不足的地方吧，酒店可以说是无可挑剔，只是网络太差太差……差到无语，断网了一晚上，如果能用4G也好呀，很可惜是E！根本连不上网络，只能看看电视了！跟服务员反应后态度是很好，不过还是没解决根本问题～也许是我们中奖了吧！总之，这家酒店还是比较推荐的，如果是无网不欢的亲祝你们不会像我们一样中奖咯……

酒店硬件设施算不错的，就是没有太多娱乐配套设施，带着孩子，小镇里兜一天也没啥可玩的了，如果酒店配套多一点，酒店里面就可以多呆呆。房间挺漂亮，可是洗澡水温一直忽冷忽热，太遗憾了，过年期间这个价格还是贵了点
