1.酒店位置很好，毗邻人民广场、南京东路步行街，去外滩很近，交通便利；酒店不提供早餐，不过周围餐馆很多，中西餐都有，还是很方便的； 2.酒店服务很好，遇到的工作人员都笑脸相迎，很专业很有效率，

酒店的地理位置超级好，离外滩步行五六分钟，城隍庙和杜莎夫人蜡像馆也很近；我本身是定的是他们家的特价房，在这个地段，房价是很实惠啦，前台服务员还给我免费升级了房间，房间很好，床是1.8的，房间的硬件设施不错，都是新的额，推荐。
