前台服务态度挺好的 房间很脏 地毯上都是头发和污渍 窗户小 酒店根本就不分什么经典大床 时尚大床的 说是就一种大床房 退房时间12点 到一点都不行 十一点多打电话让你收拾行李赶紧下去 哈哈 真逗 门口有公交可以直达人民广场 步行街和陆家嘴 除了便宜 真没什么好推荐的

到店后，前台说没房间了，经过客服协调后才拿到了一个房间。房间中央空调坏了不能用，只有一个挂壁小空调，感觉没有四星，顶多是三星的。

做担保订的是大床房、去晚了没了改标间了、这个也就算了、到房间空调也不能用、太晚了自己也不想折腾了、将就睡一晚、这个酒店住宿环境一般、以后担保过的房间还能相信吗？
