房间很小，很挤。味道很重。服务一般，完全不符合四星级的标准。而且酒店人员欺骗客户，不为客户解决问题。

很差劲的酒店，订了2个大床房房间，在前台说明有小孩要照顾要靠近的，最后安排了个在两头的房间，要求换房间，明明有房间，却说没有。有间房间空调打了半个小时也打不起来，要求换房，总台让我们在等等，等了1个钟头，实在打不起来了，才换了个房间。因为是elong网订的，安排了非常小的房间，长时间没有人住过。最后因为空调的原因，换了个房间才是正常的大床房。之前所谓的大床房床只有1.5米宽，强烈投诉酒店欺骗客户，差别对待elong网客户的行为.

因为出差的缘故，就入住靠近火车南站附近的酒店，朋友推荐的，还不错，出入方便，前台服务很好
