在军区里面。很吵，热水不热，没洗澡，说是全部的水都不热。

离复旦超近，很方便。不像其它大多数酒店建在马路边，这里建在庭院之中，闹中取静，环境难得的清净。虽然房间的硬件设施不算很新，但面积和格调还是不错的，卫生也很不错。服务也挺好的。要说有待改善的地方，那就是早餐还可以再丰富一些吧，感觉还不如学校食堂里的。

设施在国产三星左右的标准吧，外观是一座四层楼房，不靠路边，噪音相对不大，卫生搞得不错，酒店有军方背景，服务态度尚可，早餐单点38，相对不值，网速不是让人很满意，总体性价比还是不错的，值得推荐。

离复旦大学很近，到复旦大学正门步行约8-10分钟，去复旦南区宿舍步行约10-15分钟，去五角场万达广场步行25分钟左右。酒店非常安静，房间大，干净，设施也不错。大堂装修有一定的档次，餐厅吃饭价格也还合理。可以停车。总之，性价比不错。
