原訂的是复式，結果到柜台却说一個星期前就沒有，還说那是艺龙的问題，跟酒店沒有关系。結果按排別的房間給我住，環境不好，房間有蜘蛛网，房間也很旧

房间设施陈旧，入住客房与预定不符，前台告知如要入住网上预订的，再加30元每天！欺诈行为！岂有此理！要求打扫客房，也拖拖拉拉。总之性价比很低，3百多元一天根本不值这个价位！大家如果稍有要求的，不建议入住！去了包你后悔！

设施摆放乱七八糟的，洗衣机都塞到厨房了。12点要退房否则会收半天房费，却12点半才通知我，简直是奇葩。
