作为挂牌四星级酒店，首先设施设备陈旧严重，可能因为酒店比较老了。
1.住的是家庭房，两个独立的房间是比较认可的。但因房间面积占用过大，客厅又小又拥挤。
2.客厅的电视机实在太迷你了，与星级标准非常不匹配。不明白为什么不与房间的电视对调，房间的电视机倒是挺大，但因为都会聚在客厅聊天，所以房间的电视根本就没打开过。
3.窗户给两个房间遮挡，加上不是全幅玻璃，所以客厅显得很暗。
4.客厅茶水台台面带有电流，不知道是台面下冰柜造成的漏电还是静电，每一次接触均有很强的电击感觉。
5.卫生间太小。
6.房间书写垫、服务指南都很陈旧，显得很脏。
7.床头夜灯已坏，无法使用。
8.沙发右边和榻榻米房间左边的插座均无法使用。
其次从服务来看，前台客服小姐、餐厅服务老先生的态度都很好，很亲切有耐心。但客房人员的服务效率很低，因我们提前到店，前台让客房看一下哪间房间能最快打扫好，10分钟还是无回应，前台再次打电话，然后再等了一会得到回复。因为房间只配备了两套洗漱用品及毛巾，打电话给客服中心，等了15分钟无人来送，再次打电话提醒后才有人送来。
早餐另购买一份，相对于98元/份的价格，品种非常简单。
