房间装修太老了，沙发太旧，橱柜门都跟高低不平，地毯也比较脏，好处是，周边环境不错，能走走，在这么个喧闹的大城市里，有这块宝地，不错了，闹中取静，哪天心烦了，会再来住住。

隔音效果好可以安安静静的休息，站在阳台上空气好好很舒心，如果在有一个椅子或者小沙发加上伸缩自如的小茶几就更好了，可以坐在外面吹吹风透透气吃吃东西那感觉真好！个人感觉不太好的是 房间不够明亮 不够奢华 背景和墙纸应该看上去清爽又不失奢华，比如宝华、北上海……你们价钱差不多，如果没有阳台没有绿化只看房间肯定很多人不会选择住这里，还有阅读灯一直在闪烁 单开那个灯会感觉到恐惧，还有花洒 管子跟花洒接头的地方 放低一点或者弯一点点就喷水出来好像要掉的感觉，你们的饼干不用特意找时间送来，直接放到里面写上赠送就可以了，打扫卫生时间应该安排好，别人有优待两点钟退房为什么十一点左右就去问打扫卫生了 人家还睡着的 不是被吵醒了吗！一个早上莫名其妙被敲了两三次门
