酒店是不错，可是退房时前台服务态度太差了，早上五点多退房，前面一个房客在退房，磨蹭了很久。我上去和他说麻烦快一点，我们赶火车，他直接甩一句人家赶飞机。网上直接支付房费不用他开票的，他磨蹭了很久才把押金退给我
