非常复古，有情怀的酒店，交通便利，无论走在酒店里的那处都是一步一景，小朋友非常喜欢，有电视剧中的老上海的味道，服务员的态度也很好，值得一去，在艺龙网预定，还赠送下午茶，2人进入享受了一次曼妙的英式下午茶，很是惬意，推荐推荐

一座梦幻般的古堡酒店，好赞！设施很棒！酒店环境超喜欢的！最喜欢早餐时在窗外的小猫，可爱哇。周边吃饭的不少挺方便。

超小加矮的房间。十二点半到前台，让我加四百选1楼露台房，所谓露台就是临街的一条缝。拒绝后说要等二点才有房。四点多再过来，说免费升级三楼，结果是二三楼之间夹层的斜顶房。连孩子都受不了那高度。如果不是自己一个女人带手有伤的孩子出门，真的想大骂她一顿，出口恶气。整个饭店真正能看的就是外墙了。确实控制不住好奇心的，过来吃个中歺或下午茶有多了。房间和服务比快捷还不如

慕名而去但并不满意，浓浓的国企感，可以看出来国有化之后的设施改造基本没有什么章法，内部细节粗糙，风格混乱，没有凸显出该历史建筑的原有风味。餐厅菜色，接待服务水平也只能算是一般般。总体来说不推荐。

酒店非常有特色。服务人员态度很好，餐厅窗外就是一大片绿地，环境优雅。房间比较大，床也很舒服，还送了水果，适合家庭出游。

除了在艺龙app上说明了要双床但酒店方说app没有告知而导致要加钱换房型这个有点不满以外，其他都十分满意。无论是地理位置和服务还有酒店历史，都是我住过的酒店里面最top的。下次来上海的话还会考虑这里
