真的是垃圾死了 没有专门的停车场的 进出一次都要收费的 哪怕你进去登记完接着出来也要交停车费 前台服务连快捷酒店的服务都不如 说系统不好 没办法实名认证 最后也没认证 住客都不认证 结果访客必须要身份证 别的证件不行 照片也不行 而且态度差的一比 从来没有住过那么差的希尔顿 自己有漏洞就冠冕堂皇 然后再去一本正经的要求别人 简直搞笑 从保安到大堂 态度差的不行 住这里不如住快捷酒店开心 好垃圾

1、一来前台就和客户在吵架，说客户是低价订的不一定能入住，客户是收到酒店确认短信过来的！ 最后开好了卡，客户有点不满，前台两个人一起怼客户说不想入住给你退掉……
2、我自己开房没有带现金和信用卡说不能刷预授权开不了，支付宝不能用，我说想想办法转给你们也可以呀，结果一种凭什么的语气。
3、平均一个月要住10天酒店，第一次见到这种服务

体验极差的一次出行。到了前台，竟然告诉我是用什么积分换的。非要出示一个什么兑换凭证。该死的同程客服电话我都不知道是啥。还好是艺龙的龙萃会员。找了艺龙，搞了半小时才住上。
入住后发现，房间隔音极差，门口广场舞跳得，压根别想好好休息！
