该酒店是我出国回家必选之酒店，主要考虑位置方便，入冬第一次入住，一个晚上暖气没有暖的感觉，早上请酒店来查看，我摸的风口是冷风，居然酒店的什么仪器测出风口温度26度，还说没其他客人入住觉得冷，所以以其他客人的评价为准，这是什么理由，还是出自一线管理者的声音！真的匪夷所思，难道我只手感觉不到温度的冷和热？还是那仪器就是坏的？酒店服务功课在于前，哪怕有问题，也应该全力补充于当前，而不是找诸多理由，就算我是个怕冷的另类，我也是第一次遇上如此糟糕的假日酒店了！
