优点：（1）工作人员服务热情：餐厅的张月芬大姐性格开朗，考虑周到，还给了下次入住优惠券。前台结账和开票的小伙子流程熟练，没耽误时间。（2）硬件上，二楼有健身房、儿童游戏、洗衣房。暖气很足。（3）停车是商场共同停车场，有停车券，车子出去一次开一次停车券。有新能源车充电位。（4）交通和饮食方便，门口就是地铁站。
缺点：（1）门口没有礼宾，只有禁停牌子。我来的时候一辆车在行车道上放行李好长时间，我想从左边过去，左边道也停了车。路堵了。然后左边那边不知道是不是快车，乘客从左后大开车门上车，车门砸在我车门上，嘣嘣嘣的响了五六下，我放下车窗提醒，那辆车司机赶紧一溜烟开走了。我宝马车门上黑漆被磕了一小块，露白了，这件事弄得我上海之行很郁闷。（2）中间电梯维保时要看一下，是不是门缝内有掉落杂物、或者光幕条有问题，下楼时门关了三次没走。我们只好下来换了一部电梯。
