住了两晚整体都还不错，退房后在大厅等车，小孩在大厅玩保洁阿姨一直骂骂咧咧的，正好下大雨我出去看了下车到了没，进来时地板肯定湿的，那阿姨就一直抱怨的，大厅一个女服务员那脸拉的跟馿脸一样，不知道给谁看，餐厅里面东西打碎了，她二话没说冲着我孩子那去，那架势怪吓人的，，我想问问，你们酒店就只能大人住吗，小孩在大厅玩玩怎么了，态度实在不好啊，以后这家永远不会去了
