酒店大堂还可以，但是房间比较小，窗户只有约10厘米的一小条能通风。不仅房价贵，房费还要收15%的服务费。早餐也要收15%的服务费，住过很多五星的酒店，这样收服务费的很少。下次不会再住了。

非常糟糕的体验！提前一周定的房间，付全款包括发票邮寄费。临入住的当天，艺龙通知说酒店因为接待政府团队，把我的房间退了，给我安排在附近酒店。请问凭什么酒店可以这么做？是艺龙和酒店沟通有问题还是酒店自身问题？酒店有什么权利临时取消已经确认并付款的订房？？？？？！

看了这么多好评才来的，太失望了，这种酒店也配这么高价格？都是枪手点评的吗！！！标间只有20平米，1248，你以为你是香港酒店呢！！！拖鞋牙刷毛巾都跟快捷酒店一个水平，总之再也不会住了！！！
