酒店的服务太差了，我住过IHG最差的成员酒店，作为会员也无法得到尊重，客房服务电话打很多次才有人接听，游泳的服务人员态度十分恶劣，问是否有袋子装湿的东西，他就说我们这里没有，我说其他酒店都有的，我们这里就这样，真是太恶心了，怎么允许这样的员工出现，酒店除了泳池其他没有一样好的。
