周围环境嘈杂，可能是靠近火车站的原因吧。硬件还是比较新的，但是软件一般，服务一般。最不能容忍的就是酒店大堂抽烟的烟味那个浓啊，熏死人了。挂牌四星级的酒店，就应该讲文明，应该禁止吸烟。

不错的酒店，值得推荐，就在火车站的旁边，走路五分钟就到，而且没有想象中火车的噪音。

以前住新梅华东酒店感觉不太满意 太老了 性价比下降了 所以想在火车站附近换个酒店 火车站西南出口出来往右转几十米走到铁路行李托运处的路口就看到了酒店的大厦 非常高的大厦 豪华级别也够高 入住了915房和1206房 我和我一起的同事感觉都非常满意 里面设施都齐全 小冰箱什么的都有 去浦东和虹桥机场都很方便的 乘火车回家也方便 就是餐厅我们8点多去 基本没人吃饭了 就我们自己人1桌 服务员态度很好 还逗我家宝宝一起玩 很温馨的感觉 下次有机会出差去上海 一定还去哦

地理位置方便，从西南出口出后，右拐就到了。
退房时间为下午两点，方便中午外出用餐。
酒店设施很新，但希望下次楼层能安排高楼层。
之前住龙门时，感觉早餐很丰盛，
这次来住，约早上9点用餐时，感觉没什么吃的了，
菜类，面包，水果等所剩无几，有点对不起68元的早餐价格，
（毕竟没到9点半，还是要保证早餐质量的嘛！）
别的也没什么，总的来说，下次坐火车来上海，还是会选择住龙门。
