酒店位置很好，去碧海金沙和渔人码头都也很方便，打个车起步费。但艺龙的代理实在很不靠谱，提前一周定的订单显示已经确认了，直到入住前一天酒店都说查不到我的订单。期间多次和艺龙客服交涉无果，之前说入住前三天能查到，后来说要当天查。特别是8/26处理当天无法入住的客服，大概晚上9点多联系的，第一次打电话转到莫名奇妙的电话，第二次打说已经帮你处理了怎么还打过来，我都接到你两次电话了，我问酒店查不到我的订单，明天无法入住怎么办？她回答说发生了再处理，态度十分恶劣。
