在网上预订付款的很就办理了去住，预定未付款的却迟迟不给房间办理入住，前台服务很不好，特别是那个高个女的。因为看演出才选的房间，新前台服务员的不合理做法让这次的去住体验很差

房间隔音效果很差，无线，吹风机都有。但是酒店的前台服务真真让人非常的不满意！早早的在艺龙上预定了房间，出行当天上午收到电话说是房间很紧俏，要我先支付房费，我在电话里明确说了要去住的，到店付款。下午三点又一酒店服务员打电话我要求先通过微信支付房费，大有不先付费，房间有可能就不能给保留的意思，问题是转私人微信我怎么知道是不是骗子的电话？四点到酒店被告知没有房间要等四十分钟，并先支付了房费。四十分钟后去前台，前台说还要等，在这个过程中却给别人先开了房间，我没说什么。五点四十到前台被告知还要等，又说之前空出来的房间给其他人先开了，因为人家没地方休息，我**想问我没按照电话里说的微信转钱得罪你了么，有这么欺负人的前台吗？真是活久见，别人要休息，我就不用休息了？那我开什么房间，钱烧得慌么？真是让人很火大！
