酒店设施较旧，电视机既然还是老台式，周边没有购物消费场所，而且住的房根本看不到海景，打的司机说景区不让进要收费，总体感觉很一般

一，图片与酒店实际不符，推门一股浓重的霉味，来之与陈年的墙纸与地毯，窗台有蜈蚣和蜜蜂的尸体，带着两岁的宝宝还有父母这样的房间怎么入住？
二，客房部经理很通情达理，也知道他们的问题，只是他们那片区域的房间都是这样，所以要换房间也是其他房型，我们一家三代，本来就是看上二室一厅才选择他们酒店，所以其他房间根本没需要。
三，酒店再三抱歉并同意退房，为何网站坚持不同意，并且推说是酒店不肯，与客服沟通达几个小时，让我家人宝宝一直拖着行李等在大堂，影响宝宝老人午休，一次次电话重复问题原由，却让无期无声的等待，根本没有回复。
四，网站有何权利和规定拿不符的图片招揽来的生意去绑架消费者一定要入住这样的酒店？
事后再三推脱是酒店不肯退，酒店明确表示完全同意退房，并表达歉意。这样没有诚信的网站还能继续存在吗？

在这片海滩这个酒店基本上算是最高级的，前台服务员和经理挺好的，尽量满足顾客需求，酒店花园的环境也很漂亮
