房间乾净～大小适中～酒店环境不错～离地铁站走路5分钟，如果办公地点在浦东，算还不错的地方，但是如果是公出地点是浦西的话就不建议住这里～人员服务素质不高，人力也不够，这是需要加强的地方～

房间比较大，床品干净，卫生间装修一般，但宽敞干净，干湿分离。装修有几年了，可是每个柜子打开都会有一股装修味道，估计是木头质量差，闻了下就感觉有点头晕，赶紧关上柜门，打开窗户通风透气。服务一般，进门门童没给帮忙提东西。

定过5‘6次了，每次都还算顺利，最近一次让人失望：下午去办理手续，拿到唯一一把钥匙后去了房间五分钟回到前台寄放钥匙，一小时左右妈妈回来去前台顺利拿到钥匙并单独入住。第二天过去接她退房时前台很不客气的要我归还2把钥匙，解释说自始至终只拿到一把钥匙之后前台当我们的面打电话给昨天当班的服务员并跟对方很肯定的确认昨天发给我们两把钥匙。其间试图仔细说明情况结果简单回答：等着。结帐之后却又无任何解释告之你们可以走了，全程没有任何礼貌用语，匪夷所思，莫名其妙~！

酒店其它都还挺好的，干净，舒服，只是超级豪华房，有点冷，也许是因为房间大吧。
