1:前台等待时间过长，一会说没查到订单。不够专业。2:进房间有浓烈的烟味。差评。
3:早餐太垃圾，到处是脏盘子。9点结束，8:55下去吃就开始收了。况且还有客人在吃。

早餐桌子上到处是脏盘子没人收拾。弄的自己吃饭的地方也没有。这么大的酒店居然无线网都不稳定，半天上不了网。前台居然和我说体验房就这样的。真服了。

艺龙订的显示成功，到酒店说没有订单查不到。大半夜让我在酒店前台等了1个小时后才入住。差评。管理一团糟
