住过很多家全季酒店，唯独这家让人失望透顶，晚上洗澡水忽冷忽热，隔音效果超级差，关门声几次把人吵醒，客房阿姨在楼道内大吼大叫，整理东西乒铃乓啷，最差的全季体验。

酒店服务没得说，特别的好；整个酒店有股淡淡的茶香、非常喜欢；早餐也还可以；几个小缺点就是，洗手台下面没放垃圾桶，不方便；没有浴室用的拖鞋，房间里没有放使用说明书，我想打电话给前台都不知道按哪个号码。
