地理位置很好，就在御园地铁口，去外滩，步行街都方便，新酒店大堂的气味熏人，房间还好，设施不错。酒店服务滞后，等到下午三点四十才能入住。

是看了网评才订的。但是入住以后感觉到里面的管理混乱服务很差。晚上走廊里面的灯一直亮着，从窗帘的顶上一直照到屋子里面来，如同有一个大月亮照着屋里，根本就不能入睡!!!!
房间里面的被子都是潮湿的。如果支付300块钱的房费，我可以接受，但他们的房价，一点都不便宜，这个价格还是有潮湿的被子，无语。。。。
有走的时候要开发票，前台居然说今天不能开!!
饭店总体来是比较新但是和收的费用不成正比!!!
第一天入住的客房池子和电视是坏的! 换了房间，地板两天都是脏兮兮的， 房间收拾了忘了擦地???!!!!

室内干净且干爽，灯光明亮不刺眼，离地铁站近出行方便，前台服务态度佳，去外滩也非常近，步行10-15分钟路，大床房床两侧有充电口，卫生间设置有防滑标签，整体入住感舒适，推荐
