我住过的全季酒店里面最差的一家，简直不敢相信是全季，感觉真的跟汉庭差不多。酒店的前台服务比较差，没有亲切感，说个话半天都没人搭理。最重要的是，我把手表忘在了房间里，打电话到酒店前台竟然告诉我说没有看到！！我的天梭就这样丢了。哎！自认倒霉吧

这次住店真是神奇了。因为在对面酒吧聚会到凌晨，想多睡一会儿，就把附近300多的如家精选退掉订在这里，房价512。结果!早上9点七楼开始施工打电钻把我吵醒，忍无可忍投诉近一小时后，给我换到更高楼层，并承诺我免费延住到下午1:30。结果!12:30前台打电话催我下楼结账! 花了500多四星酒店的价格，就睡4个半小时，窝了一肚子火。于是我结账要求补偿。结果!店长给了我一个天大的优惠，下次入住享受会员价。真是好样的!全季我以后再也不会住了。
