大厅接待员亲和力不够，态度一般；房间空调等硬件设施还可以，但衣柜设计不合理，挂衣服费力（估计是KTV改造的）；盥洗工具放水后那声音，鬼叫一般；最不能接受的是，从大厅到房间一股鱼腥味，简直要吐！

12楼不太好，电梯到十一楼走上去，进了房间空调更不好，开着没冷气，还好房间里还放着电扇，否则没发睡！
