酒店对面就是朱家角景区入口，出了酒店门一分钟就站在朱家角水乡内了。此外酒店里也有一个大湖，风景一流。酒店服务还算好，但是卫生情况只能勉强达到三星级别、柜子里的被子拿出来一股灰尘的味道。另外，设施较老，楼房没有电梯，比不上同价位的锦江之星、莫泰等。因为位置很好，所以总体来说可以接受。

距离景区非常近，设施有点老旧，毕竟酒店到现在营业都20多年了，电视还是像一堵墙一样的索尼；花园也是老式的园林，中式的风格，还蛮干净。价格也算实惠的，和对面的中信泰富锦江不能比的，那边是又新又高达上，古典又现代又简约的融合的风格，人家要八九百的一晚，这边才300多，性价比还是蛮高的。中信泰富的下午茶和晚间自助餐还是可以去试试（98元一位）环境也不错~
