初到酒店门口看到门头感觉挺正规，其实不然，周边环境比较混乱，前台梳背头小伙子态度冷横，感觉给你东西都是给扔出来的，走进客房楼道有一股臭味，整个大楼内都是这种味道，房间内卫生极差，到处是女人的长发，卫生间的墙应该是装修完后就没有擦过，毛巾是黑颜色的，下电梯就是整层的布草间，他们把所有的车子被褥都是放在电梯门口，酒店顾客进进出出满眼都是他们的被褥及用品铺落满地，服务人员说话声音很大，特别是一楼染着黄发烫着卷毛六十多岁的保安大叔，声音特别大，而且整体嘴就不停的说，走到哪儿都是抽着烟，此店唯一好处就是每天上午送机场和火车站的车子比较靠谱。
希望酒店加强管理不要毁灭锦江之星在我心目中标准中档酒店的形象。
