投诉前台员工张清屏。代几位重要客人订的房间，在我事先电话给酒店确认过客人到前台办理入住的时候可以不提供预定码，直接出示身份证就可以。可是客人到了酒店，这位前台员工要求客人一定要提供预定码才能入住，弄的非常不愉快，耽误了客人入住，希望酒店方面能一致，事先电话确认过的事，入住的时候却出问题。 第二，艺龙预定方面，是通过代理预定的，居然弄错了，预定后多亏我给酒店打电话确认，发现居然有一名客人居然没有早餐？给艺龙客服打电话，含糊其辞告诉我入住的时候就有了。这是什么道理？追问再三，后来才弄明白，是代理给弄错了，然后代理去酒店把早餐钱付了弥补错误，希望艺龙方面不要给代理打掩护，订错了就是订错了，说话不明不白几个意思？蒙人呢？

订过最烂的酒店，艺龙网就是坑货。上面还写着有停车场，等到酒店说停车场不在酒店。要开车过去对面停。停了走路10分钟到酒店。要退房都不能退。开了两天都没住。一分不能退。态度又不好，垃圾酒店，垃圾艺龙网
