酒店装修精致漂亮，尽显海派风韵，服务细致，还有看见我们是父女两人，客房还升级了，女儿最喜欢大堂的鹦鹉，很满意的一次居住体验，

以前住过两次，当时还叫卢丽湾店，交通便利，门口有公交车站，离地铁口不远，出马当路地铁3号口，一直往前走，几百米就到了，尽管在路边但是很安静，改名以后酒店布局更高大上了，服务也不错，下次去上海还会考虑入住。

酒店位置好 交通方便，设施齐全 ，窗帘还是电动的 的确算是缩小版的四星，就是空间有点小，各项设施都齐全。看别人评价洗簌用品是佰草集的 我就没带洗发膏了，的确是包装小巧的佰草集，但是里面的洗发水感觉不是很好 和普通酒店的产品差不多，但愿是真品，其他一切都好。

房间不大，但干净整洁，装修简洁大方。无意中拉了下窗帘，居然自动打开了，好多五星级酒店都没这种电动窗帘。洗护用品是佰草集的，可以。前台态度热情，出入时主动打招呼，感觉服务五星级的。酒店毗邻地铁站，出行方便。

酒店位置很好，出门几百米就是地铁口，距离人民广场，外滩，浦东都很近。周边吃饭也很方便，离田子坊也不远，难得的是不吵，环境不错。酒店房间不大，但很洁净，提供佰草集的洗漱用品。酒店人员服务态度也很好，会主动和你介绍周边旅游线路，入住，退房很方便，没有像有些地方查来查去，房卡一交就好了，充分体现出人与人之间的信任。唯一不好的就是隔音效果一般，能听到隔壁关门声很响，走廊说话也影响大。
