我很奇怪，在我预订的时候标价是290，但是到了酒店却说是399，这且不说，我查看我的订单记录，也被标到了399，还美其名曰“返款”。无论是艺龙或酒店的原因，如此赚钱，对一个十几年的老客户，合适吗？希望艺龙在我离店之前给我一个满意的解决。
