两年前住过，位置挺好挺方便的，走600米有陆家浜地铁站。现在似乎是翻新过，住得舒心，价格实在，楼下有面馆两家，二楼的上海菜馆味道正宗也实惠，很多人帮衬，走远一点点有家永辉，就算是楼下，也有仨便利店，还有水果店，性价比超高。

性价比非常高！房间干净整洁，各项设施质量过硬，住在房间里感觉非常实在。保洁阿姨每天都按时打扫房间，态度也很好。wifi信号很好。淋浴也很舒服，水量大而且也热。下次来这附近办事，还首选这里。当然一些小问题还是有的，但是房间还能没有些缺点吗，只要住着舒服就行了。
