很不错的一家酒店，虽然设施有些老化，但大多数服务员的素质较高，中午下楼续房，两名服务员推车在等电梯，很礼貌地让我先走，办完续房手续上来，这两名服务员还在等，因为这个时间段用电梯的客人较多，车又较大，很好，我在西安住一家五星酒店曾出现服务员一边打电话一边抢在我前面进入电梯，被我投诉。这家酒店不错，冲这几位，都要推荐。我住508房间，五层打扫卫生的服务员应该受到表扬。
