环境很好所以我原来一直订这个宾馆，但是这次入住感觉一般。首先房间门有问题，开关门非常困难，其次回来以后发现头顶的花洒在漏水，跟前台接待说了以后夜班的接待显得很不耐烦，再看完地上的水渍后仍旧说要求我们拍照片有证据以后再跟他说，骗我们说没有多余客房，如不接受只能按照原价升级房间，同时升级后没有早餐(原本是有早餐的)。大晚上九点多还滴滴答答掉水滴，门还锁不上感觉很恐怖，所以我说坚决不住，后来那个前台才不情愿的给经理打电话换了相同的房间(前面说没有房间根本就是骗我们的，根本没联系任何人就说所有房间全部住满了)。最后说一下，酒店的其余服务都很好，设施也很完善。用艺龙一年多最长的评论竟然是给发牢骚的，想想发了这么多字也真的挺佩服我自己了
