入住时，支付出了点状况，吴姓前台值班经理展现嘉廷管理水平的现状: 1. 对客户问题非常冷漠，不像实习生积极协助想办法帮助解决，反而穷词辩解，意为这不是酒店问题，你搞不定，肯定入住不了，生意做不成跟其无关; 2. 工作铭牌不配戴，谎称公司保护员工隐私，拒绝透露全名; 3. 不承认自己说的话，本人在其后沟通过程被逼使用录音; 4. 拒绝提供酒店投诉电话……*，给人感觉就是，我求着入住嘉廷，真奇葩的经历。嘉廷如此，投资人开元知道不?

前台闫经理接投诉后很认真和积极对待，今天又收到酒店的处理反馈，已对涉事员工进行教育和处罚，也对我再次入住表现极大诚意。整个应对是主动、高效，管理系统还是非常迅速、有效，个别员工错误应对，这种现象避免不了，在各公司都普遍存在，所以有效管理需要常抓不懈，相信酒店生意更兴隆

酒店靠近中环吴中路和红梅路附近，离机场，虹桥高铁站大概20分钟路程，进出交通便利，酒店周边有很多吃饭的地方，生活便利，酒店房间房间感觉高大尚，房间大，卫生间带浴缸，感觉满好的，适合商务，居家旅行，酒店的大床房床超级大，很舒服，下次还会入住。

卫生很差，晚上只有两个前台，客服保洁员都没有，一开始的房间空调开了半天也没效果，走廊都比房间里凉快，换了房，空调果真像其他评价一样，很响，吵得人无法入睡，而且这酒店还是涉外的，唉！

酒店有点老。。。。进去之后居然换了3次房间！！ 空调全是坏的，无线网也用不了。唯一感到欣慰的是服务态度还可以。
周边吃饭的地方比较多。。交通还算便利。
下次考虑再住一次，如果还没改善就不会再去了。
