商务出差，第一次住这家酒店，非常失望，下次绝对不会再来了。首先是设施有些陈旧，其次卫生堪忧，入住的第一天是晚上，马桶圈上有明显的褐色黄色污渍（自己想象），让阿姨另外单独打扫了一次，其实根本就不是难擦的污迹，一擦就掉了??，我忍了，之后干净了就好，没有退房。还有另外的一件事情，令我严重质疑这家酒店的星级标准，每天辛辛苦苦吸了好多母乳，即使晚上11点我也会单独跑到前台送一次，生怕坏掉，还一再嘱咐前台一定要冷冻，不是冷藏，中间我要求确认下是否冻上，服务员说在餐厅，不能进，是冻上了。结果4天后离店时，近2000ML奶已经全都变黄变质了，液体状，没有一丝冻过的痕迹，特别伤心，这种服务态度和方式，怎么能把酒店做好，希望为之后的客人提供建议。
