优点：位置真的很好，离地铁很近，走路就可以到繁华的南京路，周边吃饭购物都很方便，楼下就有便利店。房间里面也收拾的很干净，面积不大，但住起来很方便的。
缺点：我住的那房间不知道楼下是什么，每天很早就会有人在那里干活，很吵。
总结：各种条件综合性价比还是很不错的。是我喜欢的那种，下次还会选择住在这里。

1.房间很小，暗淡且略压抑，不适合情侣，亲子。淋浴设备不太好忽冷忽热且很难控制温度。
2.午睡期间被电话打扰两次说有客人看房。
3.优势就是：地理位置很好，去哪里都方便。

非常棒！有家的感觉，布置清爽简洁，工具设备一应俱全，打扫得也非常干净，光脚在地板上走一点不沾灰。离静安寺近，去地铁口也方便，周围商业区齐全。
